ORAL JUDGMENT : (Per : A.B. CHAUDHARI, J.) 1.

Rule. Rule is made returnable forthwith. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the rival parties.

Shri S.B. Ahirkar, learned Additional Public Prosecutor, makes a statement that in the instant case, after investigation the charge-sheet has been filed before the Competent Court.

Learned counsel for the applicant still has the grievance. He .....2/-

apl336.14 submits that the Police should have filed the charge-sheet, in addition, for the other offences under Sections 406 and 420 of the Indian Penal Code. 4.

We think that since the charge-sheet has been filed, the applicant has remedy to appear before the Competent Court for raising the grievance. That being so, we make the following order :

ORDER

i) Criminal Application (APL) No.336 of 2014 is disposed of in view of filing of the charge-sheet against non-applicant No.1. ii) The applicant is at liberty to take such other steps as are permissible in law for the remaining grievances, if any, before the Competent Authority.
