We have perused roznama in relation to Case No. PWDVA Appln./0000035/2019 (Rupali Sandip Petkar vs. Sandip Nanaji Petkar).

Roznama depicts that application- Exhibit 5 is pending consideration for last almost five years.

As such, we direct Judicial Magistrate First Class, Bhadrawati, to decide the said application-Exhibit 5 in Misc.Criminal Application No. 35/2019 (Rupali Sandip Petkar and anr. vs. Sandip Nanaji Petkar) as expeditiously as possible and in any case within a period of eight weeks from the production of copy of this order.

The writ petition accordingly stands disposed of. No costs.
