After going through the reasons stated in the application, for causing delay, I am of the opinion that, satisfactory reasons are given by the applicant for moving the application for bringing legal heirs. In that view of the matter, though Shri Patil, learned counsel for the proposed legal heirs, is opposing the present application, the application is allowed.
