Heard the learned Advocate for the applicant, the learned Advocate for the respondent No.1 and the learned Additional Government Pleader for the respondent No.2. In both the applications, the applicant is seeking leave of this Court to place on record the affidavit along with the documents annexed to both the civil applications. We have gone through the relevant record. On hearing the learned Advocates it is seen that to the extent of leave to produce the documents on record, there is no objection. However, it is made clear by the learned Advocates for the respondents that the effect of those documents would be considered at the stage of final hearing.

1-CAL-2-2021 In our view, the submission is just and reasonable. The leave for production of the documents is, therefore, granted. It is made clear that the legal effect of the documents would be considered at the stage of final hearing. Both the civil applications stand disposed of. COMPANY APPEAL NO. 8 OF 2008 The appeal is fixed for final hearing in the week commencing from 06/12/2021.
