Learned Counsel for the petitioner states that presently the petitioner has been granted benefit in the Pay Scale of Rs.14002300 and hence, keeping open the larger issue of entitlement of the petitioner to the Pay Scale of Rs.1400-2600, the grievance of the petitioner, as of now, stands redressed.

The petitioner, therefore, does not press the Contempt Petition. Hence, the Contempt Petition is disposed of accordingly with liberty to raise the larger issue at an appropriate stage in the appropriate proceedings.
