DATE: 2 nd July, 2018.

Heard.

The affidavit of the Investigating Officer is taken on record.

This application seeks relaxation of conditions of anticipatory bail.

The applicant was directed to attend the Economic Offences Wing of the Crime Branch every Tuesday and Thursday, by order dated 14.11.2017.

The submission is that although the applicant is attending the Economic Offences Wing regularly since November 2017 and has also supplied all the relevant documents, the chargesheet is yet to be filed. The affidavit of the Investigating Officer, however, states that the applicant has not cooperated and has not supplied the admission forms of the students. If the applicant is not cooperating, the Investigating Officer has

Since the chargesheet is not as it filed, this Court considers it appropriate to modify the conditions of anticipatory bail.

The applicant shall attend Economic Offences Wing as and when called upon to do so by the Investigating Officer.

The application is disposed of accordingly.
