Heard learned advocate for the petitioner and learned Additional Government Pleader for the respondentState. It is pointed out that in terms of the observations made by this Court in Paragraph No.8 of the decision dated 09/01/2018 passed in Writ Petition No.2262/2016, decision has been taken. The copy of the decision dated 15/02/2020 is placed on record. The concerned authority has found that the petitioner is not entitled for the benefit.

In view of this, the petitioner would be free to challenge this decision. Nothing survives in the petition. Petition, therefore, stands disposed of.
