As the reasons stated in the application for condonation of delay are found to be satisfactory, though the learned Counsel for the respondent nos. 2 and 3 is opposing this application, I am of the opinion that it needs to be allowed to grant opportunity to the legal heirs of the petitioner no. 4 to pursue this matter.

Accordingly, the application is allowed and disposed of.
