Heard Perused the application The applicants/respondent Nos.1 to 7 are seeking appropriate order for withdrawal of the amount. I have perused the order dated 24/02/2021 passed by the Registrar(J) wherein it is held that respondent Nos.1 to 7/claimants are entitled to get Rs.6,77,661/- plus accrued interest thereon and the appellant is entitled to get refund to the tune of Rs.55,960/- plus accrued interest thereon.

Considering the aforesaid, the application is allowed in terms of prayer clause (a).

The appellant is permitted to withdraw refund amount of Rs.55,960/- with accrued interest thereon.
