2] This is an application seeking withdrawal of amount deposited by the appellant.

3] It is submitted that pursuant to the direction issued by this Court vide order dated 07/12/2020, the appellant has deposited an amount of Rs.5,89,126/- with the Registry of this Court. 4] Considering the reasons mentioned in the application, so also considering the fact that the applicant/ respondent is the decree holder and injured in the alleged accident, he is permitted to withdraw 75% of the decreetal amount with accrued interest thereon on furnishing usual undertaking before the Registrar (Judicial).
