The matter is amicably worked out before the learned Mediator and "Agreement of Settlement of Dispute" dated 11th April, 2017 signed on behalf of the petitioner and by the respondent Nos. 1 to 7, their respective advocates and the learned Mediator is placed on record.

The petitioner-society has filed this application stating that to workout the terms of Agreement of Settlement of Dispute some time will be required and steps will have to be taken as stated in the prayer clause (i) of this application. The learned advocates for the respondent Nos. 1 to 8, on instructions, state that these respondents have no objection for disposal of the petition as per the prayer in this civil application, however, it is submitted that some outer limit may kindly be fixed for taking the proposed action by the petitioner-society.

2 caw1052.17 Considering the facts of the case, the petition is disposed in terms of prayer(i) of this civil application with direction to the petitioner-society to take action immediately and to complete the required formalities within four months. The civil application and consequently the writ petition are disposed of in the above terms.

CAW NO. 1819/2015.

In view of disposal of the writ petition, the application praying for amendment of the writ petition does not survive, hence it is disposed of.
