The applicants are apprehending arrest in respect of Crime No. 10/2023 registered with Police Station, Shirpur, District Washim for the offences punishable under Sections 143, 147, 307, 148 and 149 of the Indian Penal Code.

After hearing learned counsel for the applicants for some time and after expressing that the Court is not inclined to grant bail considering primafacie material which show that the present applicants chase the injured and assaulted him, learned counsel for the applicant prays for withdrawal of the present application.
