After filing this application, the learned Family Court, Yavatmal, passed the order dated 26.03.2024 below Exhibit-1, sentencing the applicant to suffer simple imprisonment of 70 days for default of payment of maintenance and costs amount of Rs.60,000/-. He is in jail since 26.03.2024.

The application is allowed and the effect and operation of the order dated 26.03.2024, sentencing the applicant to suffer simple imprisonment of 70 days, is stayed on depositing the amount of Rs.15,000/- with learned Family Court, Yavatmal.

On depositing the amount of Rs.15,000/- with the learned Family Court at Yavatmal, the applicant be released. 5.

The application is disposed of accordingly.
