Shri Deo, the learned Counsel for the petitioner, states that in view of the order passed by the District Social Welfare Officer, Zilla Parishad, Nagpur dated 28.1.2015, the grievance of the petitioner stands redressed, as the break in service of the petitioner has been condoned.

In view of the aforesaid statement, we dispose of the writ petition with no order as to costs.
