Offences punishable under Sections 143, 147, 148, 149, 324, 323, 326 read with Section 34 of IPC are registered against present applicants alongwith other accused. Two accused are granted anticipatory bail by Additional Sessions Judge, Akot. In para 3 of the order, it is specifically stated that applicant no. 1- Babaurao Shankar Sabale was having iron pipe with him and applicant no.2- Govardhan Uttamrao Sabale was having bamboo stick with him. Both accused caused grievous injuries to the informant. Bail granted to the other

aba 245.19.dot accused, namely, Raosaheb Shankar Sabale and Rushikesh Raosaheb Sabale on the ground that they have not caused injury by weapon. As per the say filed by I.O. before Additional Sessions Judge, Akot, it appears that weapons are to be recovered from the present applicants. Therefore, custodial interrogation of the applicants are necessary. Hence, applicants are not entitled for any protection. The, application is rejected.
