Prayer is to permit the claimant to withdraw the amount of compensation deposited by the appellant. Perused the judgment of the Reference Court. The claimants are permitted to withdraw 50% of the amount of compensation on filing undertaking that in case the appeal is allowed the amount withdrawn shall be repaid with interest at such rate the Court may direct. 25% of the remaining balance amount deposited is permitted to be withdrawn on furnishing solvent surety/security to the satisfaction of the Registrar (Judicial).
