Present application is filed for directions to the registry to disburse the amount of compensation along with accrued interest deposited by the appellantInsurance Company as per award in their respective bank accounts.

It is pointed out by filing Pursis St. No.8/22 that the bank details of respondent nos.2 to 7 were furnished. However, the respondents raised objection that the amount will be disbursed in joint account and second objection is raised that there is no order in respect of deceased respondent no.1 by the court. It appears that respondent nos.2 to 7 are the legal heirs of respondent no.1, who is reported to be dead.

2 caf1268.22.odt Considering these facts, the share of compensation in respect of respondent no.1 will be equally disbursed on respondent nos.2 to 7. There is no impediment in depositing the amount as per the award equally to respondent nos.2 to 7 and so far as amount of compensation in the share of deceased respondent no.1 will be equally distributed and disbursed in the account of respondent nos.2 to 7.

Registry is directed to disburse the amount of compensation along with accrued interest in the respective bank accounts of respondent nos.2 to 7 which includes share in respect of respondent no.1. The amount shall be disbursed within a period of three weeks from today.
