DATED : 29 th JUNE, 2020 Hearing was conducted through Video Conferencing and the learned Counsel agreed that the audio and visual quality was proper.

Heard Mr. Ali, learned counsel for the applicant and Ms. Udeshi, learned APP for the nonapplicant. On the allegation that the deceased Raju Chavan, felt insulted due to demand of Rs.500/- as collection for the Banjara Samaj Panch Committee, made by the applicant on behalf of the committee and the default of the deceased to pay the same, the deceased is said to have committed suicide, for which the applicant has been arrested for the offences under Sections 306 and 201, read with Section 34 of the Indian Penal Code. Ms. Udeshi, learned APP for the nonapplicant/State submits that the charge-sheet has already been filed on 17.06.2020 which would indicate that entire investigation is completed.

Considering the nature of the allegation and offence alleged, I do not feel it appropriate to continue

2 LD-VC-Cri.BA.326.20 the custody of the applicant. Hence, the following order.

ORDER

1. The applicant be released on bail in connection with Crime No.73 of 2020 registered with Police Station Dhamangaon Badhe, Dist. Buldhana, for the offences punishable under Sections 306 and 201 read with Section 34 of the Indian Penal Code, on his furnishing P.R. bond in the sum of Rs. 15,000/- with two solvent sureties in like amount.

2. The applicant shall not tamper with the evidence or threaten the witness.

3. The applicant shall attend the Court regularly. Application is disposed in above terms.

This order be communicated to the counsel appearing for the parties, either on the email address or on WhatsApp or by such other mode, as is permissible in law.
