The applicant was arrested on 12-4-2015 for the offences punishable under Sections 392, 397 read with Section 34 of the Indian Penal Code. The robbery complained of is related to an amount of Rs. 1400/- and same is recovered from other accused person. The applicant is in Jail for the last two and half months. That being so, I make the following order.

ORDER

(i) Criminal Application (BA) No. 343/2015 is allowed.

(ii) The applicant be released on bail on executing his personal bond of Rs. 5,000/- with one solvent surety in the like amount.

(iii) The applicant shall report to the Police Station, Sakoli, Tah. Sakoli, District Bhandara on last Sunday of every month between 11.00 a.m. to 4.00 p.m.
