Shri V. A. Kothale, the learned Counsel for the applicant submits that he wishes to withdraw the present application challenging quashment of the First Information Report in view of the statement made by the Investigating Officer that charge-sheet is already filed.

He submitted that liberty be given to the applicant to file application under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure for challenging the charge-sheet. 3.

His prayer is accepted.
