This is an application filed by applicant/wife for stay to the effect and operation of the impugned judgment and decree dated 08/03/2019, passed by Family Court No.3, Nagpur, in Petition No.A- 871/2014, by which the marriage between the applicant and non-applicant was dissolved.

A pursis is filed on behalf of the non-applicant, wherein a statement is made that after passing of the decree for divorce on 08/03/2019 by the learned Trial Court, the nonapplicant/husband married on 07/07/2019 with one Laxmi daughter of Sevakramji Sonawane.

In that view of the matter, no useful purpose would be served by allowing the present application as the same has become infructuous.

The effect of second marriage of the non-applicant husband shall be considered at the time of final hearing of the present appeal.
