The present petition arises out of disqualification of respondent No.5. The respondent No.5 was elected as a member of village panchayat on 25.04.2015. The terms of five years of respondent No.5 has expired on 25.04.2020. The disqualification which was set aside by the Appellate Authority was for five years. With the result, nothing remains to be decided in the present petition.
