Shri V. B. Bhise, Advocate for the respondents. CORAM : B. P. DHARMADHIKARI AND V. M. DESHPANDE, JJ.

DATED : 27 NOVEMBER, 2015 State Government seeks condonation of delay of forty eight days in moving the application for leave to file appeal under Section 378(3) of the Criminal Procedure Code. The request is supported by proper affidavit. It appears that time is taken to complete the administrative formalities. There is no unreasonable or undue time lag anywhere. In this situation, though Shri Bhise, learned Counsel for the respondents is opposing the prayer, as we do not think that there are any malafides, Application is allowed. Delay condoned. Office to register the appeal.
