The compromise dated 12th November, 2022 is taken on record and marked as '

X'

for the purposes of identification.

2.

The Respondent No.3-Insurance Company shall deposit an amount of Rs.1,90,000/- (One Lakh Ninety Thousand Only) in MACT, Achalpur, within 60 days towards full and final settlement.

3.

The Claimant is permitted to withdraw the said amount as per the terms of compromise.

4.

Court fee be refunded as per Rules.

5.

The appeal stands disposed in above terms. The civil applications, if any, stand disposed of.
