3] Since I was not inclined to entertain the application, the learned counsel Shri Mir Nagman Ali seeks leave to withdraw the application.

5] Considering the prevailing situation it would not be possible to set any time limit. However, if there is no significant progress in the trial for a reasonable period, the applicant is at liberty to approach the learned Sessions
