Mirza, learned A.P.P. for the respondent/ State. 2] The learned counsel for the applicant, on instructions, seeks leave to withdraw the application, and prays for directions to the trial Court to expedite the trial. 3] As per order dated 16/11/2021, Shri Mirza, learned A.P.P. filed pursis dated 16/11/2021 wherein it is stated that the Criminal Cases pending before the learned trial Court is 678 while Civil Cases are

492. This shows that the pendency report in trial Court is total above 1000 cases, and therefore, considering the year of the present case, i.e., 2021, it would not be appropriate to consider the prayer of the learned counsel to direct the learned trial Court to expedite the trial.
