(2) The applicant is apprehending arrest in Crime 640/2020 registered with Police Station, Balapur, District Akola for offence punishable under Sections 376(2)(n), 506 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 4 and 8 of the Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act. (3) The categorical stand of the applicant is that, as a of fact, the applicant and the complainant are married, and it was on 29.04.2020 that in the presence of many invitees that the marriage was solemnized as per Boudha religious rites and traditions. The applicant claims that the complainant is his wife. In view of this categorical stand, this Court directed the applicant accused and the complainant to appear personally. The complainant states that the dispute is amicably settled that she is not disorus of pursuing her complaint and that she has no objection if the applicant is granted pre arrest protection.

(5) In the event of arrest in Crime 640/2020 registered with Police Station, Balapur, District Akola for offence punishable under Sections 376(2)(n), 506 of the Indian Penal Code and under Sections 4 and 8 of the Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act, the applicant shall be released on furnishing personal bond of Rs.25,000/- with a surety of like amount.
