OCTOBER 17, 2025 1) In all these petitions, the petitioners are challenging the order dated 31/03/2024 passed by the respondent No.1. 2) Learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that the order passed by the Assistant Registrar Co-operative Societies, Khamgaon is without giving an opportunty of hearing to the petitioner and not controverted by the respondent No.1. 3) In view thereof, the order passed by the respondent No.1 is hereby quashed and set aside. The respondent No.1 shall hear the petitioners and respondents by giving an opportunity of hearing and pass appropriate order within six weeks from today. All the points are kept open.

4) The parties are directed to appear before the respondent No.1 on 03/11/2025.
