The applicant was allegedly Director of Manapa Shikshak Samrudhi Karmachari Sahakari Patsanstha Akola. The applicant is denying that he was a Director. Be that as it may, the applicant is apprehending arrest in Crime 94/2020 registered with Police Station Ramdaspeth, Akola, for offence punishable under sections 120(b), 201, 406, 409, 418, 420, 467, 506 read with section 34 of the Indian Penal Code and section 3 of the Maharashtra Protection of Interest of Depositors (In Financial Establishments)Act. 2.
