Perused first information report and reply filed by the non-applicant.

The victim girl lodged report regarding alleged forcible sexual intercourse committed on 23.04.2021 by co-accused namely Waman. It is alleged against the applicant-lady, that on the date of occurrence, she called the victim, took her to one cattle shed and left the place. No further role is assigned to the applicant regarding her presence at the time of actual occurrence.

Having regard to the nature of

Order 2408aba441.21 accusation, applicants' liberty can be protected, by directing her to join the course of investigation. Hence, the following order.

(i) Criminal Application is allowed and disposed of.

(ii) The ad-interim order dated 17.07.2021 passed by this Court is hereby made absolute on same terms and conditions, with modification that the applicant /accused Ku. Arti Vilas Jumde shall attend the concerned police station as and when called.
