Shri Sohoni, learned counsel for respondent nos.2, 3 and 5 submits that the matter is covered by the decision of this Court rendered on 9.10.2019 in PIL No.42/2018 (Akola Municipal Corporation and another Vs. Dr. Zishan Hussain Azhar Hussain and another).

Hence, the grievance of the petitioner does not survive as the case would be covered by the decision of this Court along with clarification dated 24.1.2020. The petition is disposed of accordingly.
