The applicants are prosecuted for an offence punishable under Sections 394, 170 read with Section 34 of the Indian Penal Code registered with Police Station, Chamorshi, Dist. Gadchiroli.

Looking to the allegations in the FIR about the applicant being in the company of others, committed robbery and thereafter having realised about consequences, returned the mobile phone robbed off, no case is made out for grant of anticipatory bail. That being so, I make the following order.
