The learned Additional Government Pleader, on being asked by this Court, submits that in
922-CAW-1213-2022 compliance with the order dated 03/03/2022, his office has received the copies of the undertaking and some documents relating to affiliation/ recognition of the respondent - Institution, although not all the documents have been received by his office.

Shri Chandurkar, learned Counsel for the University states that whatever was available on record has been handed over to the office of the learned Additional Government Pleader.

We request the learned Additional Government Pleader to file on record those documents on or before the next date along with the additional reply, if any.
