By this appeal, the appellant has challenged the order passed by the trial Court, rejecting the application for grant of bail of the present applicant. 2.

After hearing the learned Counsel for the appellant, to some extent, and after going through the investigation papers, when I have shown my disinclination to grant bail, learned Counsel for the appellant seeks permission to withdraw the same with liberty to file afresh after one year, if there is no progress in the trial.
