In view of the permission granted to the State to file chargesheet and in view of the fact that in the present matter the FIR is under challenge and not chargesheet, the present matter does not survive. Accordingly, it is disposed of, with liberty to the applicants to file afresh, raising a challenge to the chargesheet, if the applicants so desire. Application is disposed of accordingly.
