For the reasons stated in the application, delay in filing restoration application stands condoned. Civil Application is disposed of. MISC. CIVIL APPLICATION ST. NO.9853 OF 2016 Prayer is to restore the Miscellaneous Civil Application No.91 of 2015 as its registration is refused for non removal of office objections. For the reasons stated in the application, the order refusing registration is revoked subject to the applicant paying costs of Rs.500/- to the High Court Legal Services Sub Committee within a period of four weeks from today. Similarly, objections be removed within period of four weeks.

On complying aforesaid directions, Misc. Civil Application No.91 of 2015 shall restore to file. If aforesaid directions are not complied, earlier order refusing registration shall revive. Misc. Civil Application St. No.9853 of 2016 is disposed of. JUDGE Asmita
