Shri Dubey, learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State/non-applicant has filed reply. Same is taken on record. 3.

Offences punishable under Section 65(E) of the Maharashtra Prohibition Act and Section 188 of IPC are registered against the applicant. The punishment provided under Section 65 (E) of the Maharashtra Prohibition Act is to the extent of three years. Applicant is in jail from 24.03.2019. Looking to the punishment for the offence under the Maharashtra Prohibition Act, applicant is entitled for bail. Hence, the following order. (i) Criminal Application is allowed.

Bond in the sum of Rs.50,000/- with one solvent surety of like amount on condition that the applicant shall not involve in such type of offence in future. It it is reported, then the bail granted to him shall liable to be cancelled.
