DATED : JULY 19, 2021 Mr. Deshpande, learned counsel for appellant submits that during the pendency of this appeal under Section 14-A of the Scheduled Caste and Scheduled Tribes (Prevention of Atrocities) Act, 1989, the investigating agency has completed the investigation and filed charge-sheet before the competent Court.

In that view of the matter, learned counsel for the appellant submits that he has instructions from the present appellant to withdraw the present appeal with liberty to file fresh bail application before the learned Sessions Court. The statement is accepted.

The appeal is disposed of as withdrawn with liberty to file an application for bail before the Court below. Learned Judge, before whom such an application will be filed, shall decide the same, in accordance with law. It is made clear that case of the appellant is not heard on its own merits.
