Heard learned counsel for the rival parties. Perused the FIR, which is nothing but the Dying Declaration.

There is a direct evidence against the applicants in the form of overt acts made by them by catching hold of the deceased to pour kerosene on his person and then setting him on fire in the house of the applicants themselves.

Prima facie, there exists a case of murder against the applicants. The applicants may have their own defence to reduce the gravity of the offence. But at this stage, it is not possible to grant anticipatory bail . Hence

the following order is passed :- Criminal Application No. 234 of 2015 is rejected. Liberty to apply for regular bail.
