1] The learned Advocate for the petitioner in the writ petition submits that this Court had issued certain directions vide order dated 1.11.2018. Those directions have been complied with by the Management. A Copy of the communication from the Education Officer (Secondary) to the Headmaster of the petitioner's school dated 7.1.2019 is placed on record indicating that the grievance of the employee is now redressed. The said communication is taken on record and marked as "X" for

2 cp242.17 identification.

2] The learned Advocate for the employee submits that considering the above, the contempt petition can be disposed off. The learned Advocate for the Management submits on instructions that the writ petition preferred by the Management can also be disposed off as the dispute between the parties is put to rest.

3] In view of the above, both these petitions stand disposed off. No costs.
