DATE : 10 th MARCH, 2015 Following is the prayer in the present application. a) The Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to allow this Criminal Application.
b) The Hon'ble High Court may kindly be quashed and set aside the FIR no. 108/2013 dated 25.4.2013 and charge sheet no. 121/2013 dated 21.7.2013 registered under section 376,376(2), 506 of the Indian penal Code registered with rural Police station, Pusad, District Yavatmal.
c) Pending hearing and final disposal of this Criminal Application the Hon'ble High Court may kindly be pleased to stay the criminal case no. 13/2013 pending before the Judicial Magistrate First Class, Pusad registered under section 376, 376(2), 506 of the Indian Penal Code.
d) Ad-interim relief in prayer clause (c) may kindly be granted.
e) Pass such other and further orders as tis Hon'ble High Court may deem fit and proper in the facts and circumstances of the case and in the interest of justice. Upon hearing the learned counsel for the applicant and looking to the averments in application we think the applicant be relegated to the alternate remedy available in law. Hence, the following order.
