Accepting the explanation given in the application, the delay in complying with the order passed on 9th January, 2017 is condoned. The petitioner is permitted to furnish the solvent surety within one week from today and if the solvent surety is furnished within one week from today, the interim order granted on 9th January, 2017 shall stand restored. The civil application is allowed accordingly. No costs.
