Heard learned counsel for the rival parties. Learned counsel for the parties to this Revision Application make a joint statement that pursuant to the mediation that took place, there is an agreement arrived at between the parties, which has been filed on record of this Revision. I have seen the Agreement. The same is stated to have been signed by the parties, so also by the counsel for the parties. The Agreement is marked as 'X' for identification, and shall form part and parcel of this Judgment and Order. Looking to the terms and conditions in the Agreement, I think the following order would subserve the interest of justice:-
O R D E R
Criminal Revision No. 71 of 2014 is disposed of in terms of the Agreement arrived at during mediation process and marked 'X' for identification, which shall form part and parcel of this order.
Criminal Revision is disposed of.
