APRIL 27, 2018 Heard. Perused the reply of the prosecution and the case diary.

Illicit liquor has already been seized. This applicant is in Jail since 03.04.2018 and presently lodged in MCR. I am therefore of the view that this application can be allowed and it is allowed accordingly. It is directed that the applicant be released on bail on his furnishing PR Bond of Rs.30,000/- together with one solvent surety in the like sum on the following conditions :

(i) The applicant shall co-operate with the trial Court in expeditious disposal of the trial.

(ii) The applicant shall maintain peace and good behaviour and shall not indulge in any manner in criminal activity, failing which the liberty so granted to the applicant shall be liable to be cancelled at the instance of the prosecution.

BA433.18 (iii) The applicant shall not tamper with the prosecution witnesses.

The application stands disposed of.
