By this application, the applicant is seeking condonation of delay of 317 days, which is caused in preferring the criminal appeal challenging the order of rejection of regular bail. 2.

In view of the above, the application is allowed and delay of 317 days is hereby condoned. The criminal appeal be registered and numbered accordingly.
