The applicants are prosecuted for the offences punishable under Sections 302, 143, 147, 148 and 149 of the Indian Penal Code in Crime No. 99/2014 of Hingana Police Station, Nagpur. This Court by an order dated 9-6-2015 in Criminal Application No. 182/2015 released co-accused Anil Palkar. For the reasons stated in the said order and looking to the fact that role of the present applicants is similar to that of Anil Palkar, on the ground of parity, I make the following order.

ORDER

(i) Criminal Application (BA) No. 348/2015 is allowed.

(ii) The applicants be released on bail on their executing personal bond of Rs. 20,000/- each with one

(iii) The applicant shall report to the Police Station, Hingana, Nagpur on every last Sunday once in a month between 11.00 a.m. to 4.00 p.m.
