Today, he is seeking further adjournment.

We find that impugned order of which review is sought, this Court has found that nomination for service was effected on 6-122011 while petitioner no. 1 already sold land to petitioner no. 2 on 5-1-2010. The further discussion shows that petitioner no. 2 was 37 years old in 2012 and, therefore, was not .....2/-

caw1384.13 included in definition of family. This Court has found that therefore nomination was not material.
