CORAM : S. B. SHUKRE, J DATE : 27.4.2018 Heard. Issue notice to the respondent-State, returnable on 06-06-2018. Shri S.D. Shirpurkar, learned Additional Public Prosecutor waives notice for the respondent-State.

Having seen the fact that there are no criminal antecedents to the applicant, I am of the view that this application deserves to be allowed and it is allowed accordingly. It is directed that in the event of arrest of the applicant in Crime No. 09/2018 registered against him at Police Station Mul, Dist. Chandrapur, he be released on interim anticipatory bail on his furnishing P.R. Bond in the sum of Rs. 30,000/- together with one solvent surety in like sum, on following conditions: [i] The applicant shall attend the Police Station, Mul, Dist. Chandrapur everyday for a period of one week between 11 a.m. to 12 p.m. starting from 29-04-2018 and also on such other occasions as may be required by Investigating Officer.

2 aba276of2018 [ii] The applicant shall cooperate with the police in the investigation.

[iii] The applicant shall not tamper with the prosecution witnesses in any manner.

Order to remain valid until further orders.
