Learned counsel for applicant contends that without proper service of notice on him, MCA No. 431 of 2015 was allowed. I do not want to enter into that controversy.

I am informed that pursuant to the order dated 5th May 2015 proceedings have been transferred to the Family Court at Amravati. Mr Deshpande submits that applicant-husband is a practising lawyer before this Court and he will find it difficult to attend the proceedings at Amravati. That grievance can be taken care of by directing the Family Court at Amravati to keep the dates in the proceedings, as far as convenient, on 1st or 3rd Saturday of the month. Mr Deshpande is agreeable to this course.

In the result, no interference is called for in the order dated 5th May 2015. However, the Judge,

Family Court at Nagpur is directed to fix the dates in the proceedings, as far as convenient, on 1st or 3rd Saturday of the month. Application is disposed of accordingly. No costs.
