After arguing for sometime, the learned Advocate for the applicant seeks permission to withdraw the application. The application is dismissed as withdrawn.

Though the request for expeditious trial is not made, considering the fact that the applicant is in jail since 28th September, 2015, the Sessions Court shall endeavour to conclude the trial expeditiously keeping in mind the directions given by the Hon'ble Supreme Court in the case of Hussain and another V/s. Union of India reported in AIR 2017 SC 1362.
